Returns and refunds

At Braiding Extensions by DHT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Due to the nature of hair and braiding extensions, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour/length selection, or unwanted items.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

Items must not have been opened, used, cut, washed, brushed, altered or tampered with.

If your claim is approved, we will advise you on the next steps for a replacement or refund.
